I would prefer to adopt the 'Chinese' method myself.

This was employed to deal with the 'baby milk' scam when hundreds of children died because baby milk was 'cut' by plant managers to increase profits.

Those found guilty were put against a wall and SHOT! No benefit payments required!

Make this system compulsory for the banks and see how many dealers would then want to take excessive risks for a bonus!!!

I'm strangely comfortable with with it. That punishment does fit the crime. And one thing is for sure he will have a hard time hurting anyone else.
