I read that it is possible to set up a trust fund to claim the winnings and still be anonymous. I don't know if this is possible in all states.
For myself, I would:
1. do the trust fund first
2. pay the taxes required (I prefer the lump sum so I can get all the taxes done and over with)
3. pay off my credit cards
4. finish my dental work
5. pay off my car
6. pay off my school loans
7. set aside however much is left to finish my degree
8. set aside money for the internship
9. set aside some money to go towards a place of my own after getting a job
10. give my parents a lot of money for helping me out throughout the years
11. give my brother money, too, to cut down his living expenses so he and his wife will have more time and money to do whatever with their upcoming baby
12. put the rest in a new savings account and lock it for exactly one year to give myself time to think about what to do with the money
