My daughter is going away for a weekend in June to Girl Scout camp (she's a Brownie) and her troop leader asked if she could teach the rest of the girls a simple song in Sign. I can't think of any kid's songs besides Twinkle Twinkle Little Star!

Does anyone have any ideas for a simple child's song to sign to?

One thing that might be really neat to do (in addition to the simple song) is to make enough copies of ASL ABCS (google has tons of images including THIS if you don't already have a 1page ABC print out ) and show them how to sign the "ABC song" using ASL.

(for "next time won't you sign with me" I personally sign "FUTURE WILL YOU SIGN WITH ME ?" )

Not only does the ABC song give them something they can practice alone or with a buddy (during quiet times, if they're having trouble falling asleep etc) it's VERY useful because with some work - they'll end up learn the ASL Alphabet :)
As an added bonus they'll be able to take the paper with the ABCs on it and show their family what they learned !!

Just an idea :)
