Siemens cleaning supplies for aids

This is my first ever post on this site. And this has something that has really been bothering me. I got my hearing aids (FINALLY!!!) in late February and while I love my Siemens hearing aids it seems like the tools i was given to clean them with were complete crap.
Does anyone else have this problem or a similar one? My personal hearing aids are OTE amplifiers ImageUploadedByAllDeaf1400730490.695130.jpg. I have no problem cleaning the part shown with the little brush end of my cleaning tool. But when it comes to the part going in my ear I feel it's a constant struggle. And yes I do clean them at least every other day.

Are these RIC? I think they are the same as my husband's. Pure? You need to replace those domes fairly frequently.
 
Yes. Their the RIC Pure. Like I said they hearing aids themselves haven't presented a problem ( and the rechargeable battery is very nice). The cleaning equipment just seems like total crap.
