Er, he is a socialist. He's for socialism!
FrontPage Magazine - Holocaust Museum Shooter: Christian-Hating Socialist
but kokonut got it right. government now owns 60% of GM. that is a form of socialism in a way.
That is in response to Liebling's post in response to kokonut's post. It was to clarify for her.
This is all very sad. I also heard that the guy who did it was in favor of Euniths (sp?).
It's not about left verse right wing. It's about someone who is really sick in the head killing someone else. It's against diversity.
I am not surprised that a White Supr. would go after a holocaust museum. It is always known that Nazis, KKK, etc. are always violence people who want something to feed their hates (or find reasons to hate just so they can hate. If christians didn't exist, they will find something else, like ELF organization or something like that. Even Buddhism have hate groups). But we have less violence from them today than years ago.
David Duke denied the holocaust as well.
I support the Jews (pro-isreal) but some religion believe in replacement theology which sometimes put people in a negative view of the jews. Sometime dangerous.
Did they have public school in the USA?
Did Americans work to pay tax to federal government?
Did Government have law for US public?
Did US have police?
Did US have government health insurance (Medicard/Medcare)?
Did Americans pay tax on foods and drinks, etc.?
Did US Government tax tabacoo, acholoc, foods, drinks, etc.?
And go on...
Are all the list above are criminal, racism or what?
The list, I ask question belong part of socialism. I know many Americans don´t like those word "socialism". Therefore, they do have socialism in America.
Those questions apply to ALL TYPES of government. Government functions by taxing the citizens. Looks like you do not know what socialism exactly means. How ironic.....
we do not like socialism because we do not believe in government-run business. Fortunately in America - we have a choice to pick private business if we can want to.
In socialist country - everything is government-run and you have no choice. The economy is government-run as well. Now GM is 60% owned by government.... this is unheard of especially in America.
accord your description, I can see that you really have no clue what socialism means... America have PARTof socialism.
No matter either "Government-run business" as what you called or private business but they both STILL have to pay tax to federal goverment... It is still belongs PART of socialism.
You haven´t answer my question over that list and also my post #83 as well.
What is so bad about socialism ?
Hundreds of visitors streamed into the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum as it opened Friday for the first time since a security guard was shot to death by a man authorities identified as a rifle-toting 88-year-old white supremacist.
The museum, which was closed Thursday for a day of mourning, opened shortly after 10 a.m. Officials said the crowds seemed to be about the same size as usual this time of year.
Many visitors said they were determined not to let the shooting keep them away.
Liz Johnson, 35, led a group of 12 Girl Scouts dressed in lavender T-shirts. The members of the Dallas troop were among the first in line.
"To say that we can't do this because of this event is that man winning," Johnson said. "We're not going to let him win."
Few signs of the shooting remained outside the museum. The crime scene tape was gone, and the bullet-scarred front doors had been replaced.
About two dozen flower bouquets near the entrance formed a makeshift memorial to the slain guard, 39-year-old Stephen T. Johns. On top of one bouquet was a photo of Johns, who was black, with the inscription, "Truly a righteous Gentile."
Authorities have charged James von Brunn with murder in the Wednesday attack and are looking at possible hate crime charges. Von Brunn, who was shot in the face by other guards, remained in critical condition Friday.
At Temple Beth Shalom in Arnold, Md., near von Brunn's Annapolis home, Rabbi Ari Goldstein said he planned to talk with his congregation about what happened at regular Friday night services. He said he wants to make it clear that anti-Semitism and racism are still issues.
"This is where this guy (von Brunn) is from," Goldstein noted. "Our town is not free of this type of hate."
Goldstein said he and a local black minister brought anti-Semitic and racist activity to the attention of local police several years ago after residents found leaflets in their mailboxes and driveways. The clergy filed a police report, but investigators told them the leaflets fell under the realm of free speech.
Goldstein said the congregation will recite poems and other writings in honor of Johns.
Seeing that today is Flag Day, I recall:As I said before, a mix of the two is neither a democracy, nor a socialist government. It is a mix of the two.
If you are talking ancient Rome, America is not a true democracy. However, we are not talking ancient Rome, and America is still classified as a democratic government.
Republican roots? Like republican ideals are anywhere close to where the party started.
American schools and police are not under Federal control. Local communities and states control their own schools and police.Did they have public school in the USA?

Businesses paying taxes to the Federal government is not the same as turning over management control to the Federal government. That's the difference.

Seeing that today is Flag Day, I recall:
"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands...."

What exactly does this have to do with a crazed man shooting people at the Holocaust Museum?
tell that to Liebling
Well, it's not "and to the Democracy for which it stands", is it?Republic, not Republican.
Now, back on topic.
Nothing more than Liebling's question. What exactly does this have to do with a crazed man shooting people at the Holocaust Museum?
You have a point. The shooter was a bitter nutcase full of hate who desecrated a memorial, terrorized tourists, and killed a security officer in the line of duty. Unless the police find evidence that the shooter was part of some organized plot to make further attacks, he should be judged for his own personal actions. It should not be a political blame game.I'm telling it to everyone that seems to think it is appropriate to downplay the tragedy of this occurrance by trying to insert party politics to further their own agenda.
