Reply to a blog post?

I read a blog that I wanted to reply to. Can I dot this? I didn't see a Reply button. Looked everywhere. Thanks.

Blog owners have an option to allow or disallow comments on their blog posts. The blog post in question may have comments disabled. If that is the case, then you won't be able to reply to the blog post. If the reply is important, perhaps try using the PM system to let the blog owner know about the situation, maybe they'd be willing to turn on coments.
