Record cold in Fairbanks, Alaska

I've a brother who lives in alaska...
I do not know how he takes the cold.
brrrr....

personally I think he's nuts.
 
I think it'd be cool to spend some time up there just for the experience.

Yeah, I experienced -18 F in Idaho while as a grad student walking back to my apartment. Wouldn't want to breathe in extreme cold air! Certainly not at -81 F!

Yeah, it is difficult to breath in that temp for real. I had to hold my breath as much as possible, not fun.

Aw is not so bad. Unless you mind be 4 hours drive to next town. Or not having any malls, walmarts, clothing stores, shoe stores, bookstores, restaurants, or grocery stores that charge less than $7 for 4L milk.

I played softball in 0 degree weather one year. It was very hard to catch your breath.
