Recipe of Christmas cheeseball

1 brick, 8 ounces, cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup green pepper, chopped, dried

half of cherry, chopped, dried

small can of crushed pineapple, dried

(opitional if you want add ham chopped)

Ritz cracker



in med bowl, put cream cheese and mixer til smooth.. put all of it in.. and mixer.

then put small bowl to look nice or u can use kind of paper i forget spell me bad.. till it done then take paper off and put middle of plate and cracker.. just dip it..

it yummies! i always make every christmas yrs as someone already has this..

let ya know i m lousy to say of recipe lol.. smile... that green pepper, cherry, and pineapple r color for xmas...
