rechargeable hearing aid batteries

It says on there you have to buy the charger separate- it doesn't come with one! So that's 40 for the batteries, and at least 70 for the charger, which only charges one battery. No thanks.
 
I got some rechargeables and chargeable quite a number of years ago in the 675 size. I would be putting my aid on about 7 - 8 in the morning and noticing them going down about 5 or so in the evening - not yet dead at that time but losing noticeable power. Not at all sure what today's version would do. I don't remember throwing them out but don't remember where they may be either.
