That really depends, especially because Raul Castro, Fidel's brother, is currently in charge and he's even stricter than Fidel. I could see him sending many to prison, though I have a feeling Cuba won't be carrying out any mass executions any time soon because they're in a very unstable position in regards to international relations. Mass executions are impossible to totally hide, harsh imprisonment is easier to slip under the radar. I would expect that people who speak out against the regime would be the hardest hit in any case.
