Possible to be HoH and Have ADP?

Is it possible to be hard-of-hearing and have ADP(auditory processing disorder)? I'm HoH but even the speech I can hear is extremely difficult to comprehend. Or is it impossible? Please answer me serious and no sarcastic or rude comment. Thank you

Yep - I'm hoh/Deaf and have APD :D
 
My daughter is the same way. SNHL (mild - speech recognition) and APD.
