Pistachio Dessert

Pistachio Dessert
Crust:
1 cup Flour
1 Cup Quaker Oatmeal (blue)
1 Stick margarine-butter (melted)
1/4 cup sugar
Mix and Press a crust in 8" pan
Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes, when it is cool while doing the layers directions

1st layer:
3 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 tablespoon powdered sugar
Thin with milk and 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
Cover the crust and cool in a freezer or Refrigetor

2nd layer:
1 Pkg Pistachio Pudding
1 1/2 cup of Milk
Mix together until ready, Then put it on top of cream cheese
Put it in the refrigetor for couple hours till it is ready to serve.

note: My friend gave me this great dessert recipe. it's very delicious.

Yes, it must taste like green mint because of pistachio pudding pkg. Also instead of pistachio pudding, you can pick any flavor for pudding such as strawberry, banana, cherry, any flavor.
