I was told that they have DPHH near Philly sometimes too. I'm not from Philly, but I know some deaf people who live in that area...

EDIT: After going back couple of pages and reading more posts, I just wanted to add something else- my father lives in Reading during the week. He works for the IU and he was telling me the other week about how there were a lot of deaf people around the Reading area. Perhaps I can come to one DPHH meeting in Reading someday, if I know about the dates beforehand so I can crash at my father's place.

Pic of my mini renunion with my first ever friend

I met her when I was barely a year old. She lived across the street from me and we we were good friends all the way until high school. It was so great to catch up with her after losing in touch. Thanks to Facebook! She came here to Baltimore for a business trip so she contacted me about getting together for dinner. I wasnt going to miss it for the world. :)
