Petition for Sky to enable subtitles for their 'OnDemand' service

Yes sure anyone can.

My friend in Egypt has signed it so no reasons why Americans can't sign it.

Disabling subtitles is a big no-no for TV companies here in the US. If that's in the UK, then they're gonna be in trouble, cause they're not supposed to do that over there.
 
normally I never sign for petitions because they are pretty much useless and the best way to get someone attention is to email/call/etc the main company directly since that provides much better results than petitions

however, i will sign this just for the hell of it because closed captions is a thing that needs to be on every freaking movie/tv show no matter what, no excuses!
