I find that the CC that are on youtubes have nothing to do with what on the video more than half the time.

They are not required under law, unfortunately.

Commercial distribution and live streaming like iTunes, Amazon, Sling TV are required to have closed captioning since Youtube isn't one of them due to self-published from everyone.

Regal do have CC on all movies but you have to use special equipment like glasses.

The new Jurassic Park is in 3D so I was wondering what kind of glasses there are for deaf and hoh people . I don't go to movies any more b/c it cost so much and I can't hear or understand half of it.
