pager with video to video ?????

Do anyone have pager or cellphone have "video to video" feature?

Do I-Phone have it? others?
I saw the video about MobileASL and they said they hope it will be ready next year.

In the video

It is a HTC PDA phone because HTC Mobile phone have video camera on front of the phone. It is using Windows Mobile OS.

They are using it with WIFI connection (you can see wifi connection icon on top turn on)

3G cell network are not able to handle such video calls yet but some day in future 4G or WiMax when become avaliable in USA may be able to handle sign language video calls.
