America’s marriages are in crisis with divorce rates shooting through the roof. Many couples find that even within the first five years of marriage, they are in a matrimonial rut of arguments, resentments and bitterness, and can see no other way out.

Now, TLC’s bold new TV series, ONE WEEK TO SAVE YOUR MARRIAGE, aims to get those relationships back on track. Psychotherapist host Dr. Robi Ludwig, a divorce buster for over fifteen years, is given just seven days to steer a couple’s marriage off the rocks.

In an exclusive social experiment, couples allow their homes to be rigged with remotely operated cameras that record their natural behavior around the clock. Dr. Ludwig is thus able to observe their marriages in the raw. With this unique access she’s able to figure what the flash-points are in the couple’s relationship. When things go wrong she’s there to fix it.

Following her intensive observation, Dr. Ludwig devises a customized series of challenging and revealing tasks for the couple to perform that help her offer them valuable tips about getting their marriage back on the right path.

So far, she has achieved extraordinary success in mending the marriages of the couples who have been filmed:

Whatever happen to?.. "for better or worse".. and for riches and poorest" when they get married?.. Geez.. nothing change much thesedays.. Lawyer are making a lots of money doing that... and the WIFE /and or husband love that!.. easy money!! easy way out!
 
Yea that true about divorce but me and to be wife went to marriage counselor... However; we learned something about marriage that something we shouldn’t said. Something the common can lead to divorce due several reason; it just interesting to know but I know this have nothing to do benefit.

My marriage counselor, the pastor, been said that high percent got divorced without going marriage counselor but with marriage counselor is low chance to divorce if you are looking someone.

What is interesting part that Oklahoma was number 1 rank of divorce that just been told few months ago went down to number 2 rank of divorce. Now I am wonder which state is number 1 rank of divorce. Any idea where that might be?

About “one week” save marriage; if went to marriage counselor or you know pastor is honest and humble about their marriage that evolved to improve of 25 years happy marriage. Most the time can be roughly marriage for least 5 years.

Now I am curious the real behind the reason they married couple because of money or it is just want have kids or away from parents’ roof?
 
well, actually my ex husband and i went for marriage counselor before we got married...our marriage counselor was strongly advised for us not to get married but we did anyway...I wish I shouldve listened to marriage counselor...

I think this show will be good and hopefully it will help every married couples to save their marriages...

I'm happy this friday will be the 3rd anniversary of my official split with my ex wife. Marriage these days is a joke. You can thank the advancing civilization and the syphyllisation for it.

If the realtionship sucks then I wouldnt try to save it. If my partner cheated on me then I wouldn't save it.... If we both LOVE eachother and have lots of RESPECT for eachother and would never cheat on eachother, then I would try to SAVE it.... Only if the realtionship is meant to be... Its all whats inside of your heart.... Listen to your guts!!!
