NYC Deaf and ASL Events?

I'm trying to find some events or places I can go to meet and interact with Deaf people and ASL speakers. Currently most of my ASL is in my ASL class and also sometimes after class I talk to my Deaf friends at school, but I would like to meet more ASL speakers so that I can get better at my signing. I am not a great signer, but I am getting better and learning more signs all the time, and it is too difficult when all of my friends are hearing and do not speak ASL.

If anybody knows of any inexpensive events I can go to I would appreciate it. I would also be interested in going to bars or clubs where Deaf people my age (early 20s) are hanging out. I'm in Northern NJ very close to New York City.
