There is a time and a place for everything. Perhaps some areas are too crowded for some or most balls. Keep the soccer balls on the field, keep the dodge balls in the gym, ect... Use some common sense.

People need to keep the balls to the sports fields, not the common areas. It's not safe for people to kick or throw balls around where there are a lot of children who are not involved.
