Hi,I found AD in my google quest to find an online captioned version of an episode of Lost that I missed. I have had no success with finding the show yet but this site seems interesting. I'm HOH,congenital cookie bite loss. It is a trait handed down through my mother's side of the family. I am unaided at this time but have had 2 sets of aids in the past. They just don't work for me. My hearing loss is advancing and frankly I am getting tired and frustrated trying to compensate. I would have said a few years ago that I was an expert lip reader. I guess the jokes on me because that is failing me now. I get angry,I get sad. Mostly angry though. It hurts me when people who say they care for me can't change their own ways of communicating to accommodate my worsening hearing. I don't want to wind up a bitter deaf old lady. I've got some work to do. Anyway,
