It's because you are new. There is a delay until your posts are approved by a Moderator. I believe once you hit 10 posts you should be okay. It's to stop spammers.

Yes i agree to Rebeccajl sometimes spammer use their post just to create back-link so moderators use process to moderate the post before showing it up on website. Thanks
