Hello everyone. My name is Chris and I am a Product Design student working on my thesis. I am looking to design something for the deaf and hard of hearing. I am trying to compile research and opinion from the community regarding what kind of things are needed to make people's lives easier. I hope it's not a problem that I can hear and I hope no one thinks I am treating anyone like some kind of experiment. I simply don't have any deaf or hard of hearing aquaintences, but thanks to the internet I can talk to thousands. So I hope I'm not over stepping any boundaries by asking some broad, perhaps even obvious questions in the future. My professors want us to get as much data from questionaires and users as possible. So I hope that you all will be able to help me with this process and hopefully I can design something innovative and useful that you may be using some day. Thanks.
