Hi, everyone,
I've been a member for a while but haven't yet got around to introducing myself. My name is Ian and I live in the London suburbs in the UK.
I'm middle aged-ish, short, slim and have been partially deaf for about three years. I have late onset hereditary deafness, my sister, mum and grandfather were/are all partially deaf and we all now wear hearing aids. I get by without mine pretty well still, but don't see why I should struggle so I wear them most of the time. I work as a railway engineer and my hobbies are motorcycles and classical music which luckily I can still enjoy.

psst? IF I were you, I wouldn't post my email address on a public forum where I would more likely to get a lot of spam emails etc, ya know so the best suggestion would be is to meet most of the Aders here and exchange emails in PM ( private messsage ) ;)
