new from Long Island

Hi all.

I am new here. As a child I always had an interest in sign. Then last year my friend decided to go back to school. She had to take a language. She asked me if I wanted to go with her. I did and I have been loving it ever since!

What I really need at this point is someone who is fluent in sign and can help me. I don't have any deaf friends and the friend who I go to school with isn't as in to it as I am. Do any of you know of any clubs or organizations I could join?
