Needing practice

Hi! I was an interpreter over 10 years ago. I am looking to get back in it and take the exam but I would really appreciate some practice. I have Skype if anyone wants to help me. I believe my receiving is the worst part but you could be the judge.

:welcome: Welcome to the All Deaf forum. Why did you stop interpreting? What exam are you seeking to take? The NIC?
 
Hi Mudhonee!
I'd love to chat with you more about interpreting. I got a 2 year interpreting degree (all that was offered in my area of the country) many years ago and then moved away and never took the steps to become nationally certified or become an actual interpreter. I still have a far-away dream of doing so, but I kind of live in a rural area now, so demand is not high. Anyway, if you're still interested discussing it or practicing let me know.
