Need help with Algebra pleeeaaasse, I am desperate.

Hi you guys, I am in a serious need of some help understanding this Algebra stuff. It's the last class I have until I graduate with an Associates degree in business. This is the second time I have taken this class and it's starting to frustrate me because it's online, and I just don't get it. Anyone who can help?? I'd appreciate it. IM me pleaseeee

Its on graphing in Algebra. I just don't get it. My assignment is to graph the equations but for some reason, I keep getting it wrong. I am not understanding the concept. :-(
