need CC install for PC..

i want know what website for closed captioned install my computer (vista). i can't read CC any media player, cnn news video like that you know...i knew some people upset that they pay it then CC didnt work at all.

It should already be there. It works for me when I watch DVD's. What are you trying to watch?

If you are downloading a video to watch, it might not be included. If you are watching DVD's, most but not all has CC. Some use subtitle instead of CC.

If we know more of what you are trying to watch, we might be able to help better.
