Need a little CSS help

I have a little bit of CSS knowledge but not much. I managed to make this forum - http://s8.invisionfree.com/cammyfighter/index.php? - but in the Forum Rules section and the Portal section, it shows up with a white background and white text so it's unreadable. I'm wondering what the name of the section I should change the background to is.

If anyone could help me, I'd appreciate it so much!

You've probably got something somewhere that says TABLE, TR, and/or TD that is labeled as "background-color: #ffffff;" and "color: #ffffff;". You need to make sure that all colors are set the way you want it. Most CSS don't apply BODY preferences to TABLE, TR, and TD preferences. In that case, you usually have to repeat your preferences in BODY and TABLE.
