My name is David Barban. I leave in Tel-Aviv, Israel. I began to learn american sign language for my job:I was a special education teacher in Los Angeles,ca for 8 yrs. One day, my boss came to us, and said: in a month, some deaf kids are going to join us. You have to learn sign-lanuage. I always wanted to learn sign-language...now I had a reason. I still love sign-language, and as soon as I see a deaf person, I communicate with him/her, in hebrew sign langage, that I must say, I'm not good at...but I do want to communicate with deaf people, or hard of hearing. I have looked for a "blog" such as this one since a long time. I hope I'll get to know you, and have conversations with you.
