Does anyone use a MiniTek?

I finally updated mine but there's barely any volume going through my HAs... I made the volume remote go on full volume but it's still ridiculously quiet. Is there a way to increase the volume?

This is like the 7th time I went to get it fixed! The first time the volume was fine, good. And then now it's just whispering.
Audi: (does stuff to my phone to connect Bluetooth/HAs) *Plays music*
"Can you hear it?"
Me: *looks at my HAs that are on the table* Uh, no... I don't have my HAs in.
Him: That makes sense.
*I put them on*
"Okay now?"
Me: Yes, but it's very quiet
Him: It'll adjust in time.

...
Still hasn't... still quiet.
Either new equipment, or new Audi or new something.
 
Maybe it's faulty?

Over at the hearingaidforums.com , there are a lot more people who would know about your type of streamer. Maybe worth a check, looking at older thread seeing if you get an answer :)

that sucks! my streamer has alot more volume than expected :3
yeah, I think yours might be busted.
