I read it about 2 years ago. I remember liking it.

I ordered it a while back but haven't read it yet. It's next up on my reading list.

I will see Terry Galloway at a symposium on disability at George Washington University next month.

Not bad, but not awesome. I liked how it wasn't all "Oh look it's someone who overcame her deafness!" :roll: But it seemed to be more of a narrative....like it was basicly " look this is what it was like to grow up deaf and queer" rather then using events to illustrate what it was like to grow up deaf and queer.
