Mayonnaise chicken

2 lb. chicken thighs
1/2 c.water
pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
Corn flakes crumbs

Slit thighs so seasoning will pentrate. Sprinkle salt on chicken. Combine mayonnaise, water, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in mayonnaise mixture and coat with crumbs. Line cookie sheet with tin foil and line chicken on sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven uncovered for 1/2 hour. Turn chicken and contiune cooking the other side for another half hour. then serve when chicken is ready and hot!
