Teresa Heinz Kerry has also helped the Democratic ticket to score points in the gay community. Speaking Wednesday before the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transsexual Caucus, Heinz Kerry wowed the crowd with her declaration that there would be a "a mom in the White House who loves you."

When the audience gave her a standing ovation, she declared, "You can call me Mama T anytime." That prompted chants of "Mama T."

Now that someone who really DOES care about GLBT!

Let's vote her hubby in this Nov. 2nd!

What's so interesting about her is the fact that she was born in Mozambique and is fluent in several languages. She is considered to be the most compassionate and has common sense in becoming a force for social progress. She set up Women's Institute for a Secure Retirement in 1996 to educate women about pensions, savings, and retirement security. If Kerry wins, she will be quite an character to look upon while her husband serves his possible 4-year term.

You said something I didn't say. Now shove it." Maria Teresa Thiersten Simoes-Ferreira Heinz-Kerry to Colin McNickle, the editorial page editor of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review (a RW rag)
Teresa, you GO, girl!
I don't understand why people praise Mrs. Kerry for crude language and lying? Mrs. Kerry was recorded on tape, and it was broadcast on the news, that she clearly said "unAmerican". The reporter asked her what she meant by that. She said, "You said something I didn't say..." She obviously was lying because she did say it. Why do people praise that? That doesn't seem like good behavior for someone who wants to be First Lady.

Veterans prefer a deserter like Bush?
I don't think so.

Ditto.
The only reason I push Reba's buttons is because she always fights back with intelligent, thoughtful replies.
Sorry.
