Looking to upgrade my hearing aids. Digitals suitable for profoundly deaf?

I'm interested in this too. I need new earmolds and hearing aids too, my hearing loss is basically 110 db right ear and 120 db left ear.

I've had mine since 1990 I think. A Phonak Picoforte PP-CL
