Logo Design

Hello,
I need help in Designing a logo for Munster Deaf Tutors Network. The Deadline is 11th of August. It is for A4 paper. We are very small community in Kerry (Ireland). I have tried to design my own logo but it turns out that i has throw it out as it was no good. Can someone give advice or help out?? I would appreciate it very much!!
