Last Movie You Watched?

- G.I. Joes It's not so bad...

- Orphan Fantastic! :D

- True Blood, 1 epd to 2 epd It's ok-ok... In first epd, too much romance and it seems too animalistic porn to me. That's pretty awkward... I dunno. It's difficult for me to pay an attention to the plot. But I like the idea of human and vampire coexistence as such like vampire rights, prejudging against vampires, and go on. It's pretty realistic to me.

In the second - It seems good and very interesting relationship of vampire-human pairing. There is a bit of more information about vampire culture and a few things. Yet, I still bothered by over-romance sences. That's probably just me... ¬_¬ It got me wondering is it a romance tv show or what?

So I'm forward to watch some more epds to see if how much I like it or not. :)

The Taking of Pelham 123 (Blu-ray) - Very good
A remake of the 1974 classic of the same name and adapted from the novel by John Godey, follows a New York City subway dispatcher, Walter Garber (Denzel Washington), caught up in a hostage crisis. When the eponymous train is hijacked underground by a mysterious bad guy dubbed "Ryder" (John Travolta) and his goons (including Luis Guzmán), Garber finds himself the villain's unwilling conduit to the authorities. Ryder demands that the city pay him $10 million within an hour otherwise he'll start killing off.

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (Blu-ray) - Very interesting
Non-stop action and thrilling adventure. When a secret weapon is stolen by the mysterous and evil Corba organization, mankind's only hope G.I. Joe.

I plan on watching that next... sounds like a good movie. :)

I recently saw Pocahontas 2- I was bored, ok?! Haha. I also watched "Becoming Jane", an excellent movie if you're a literature lover.

Okay... I watched a whole first season and I think it sucks. Really bad. But the part of realistic plot is pretty ok-ok. Not so bad at all. I will say it's pretty much parallel situations between of real life and fiction life. :) But, I decided to not watch the second season.

I recently watched The Taking of Pelham 123.

I also watched South Park: Bigger, Longer, & Uncut and The Shawshank Redemption. :)

tried to watch UP form pixar. No subtitles?? what's up with this company, everything else I watched from them had subtitles.

Are you sure?

Most DVDs that supposedly have subtitles can have subtitles turned on using the remote while the movie is running. However, there are some DVDs that have multiple formats... which usually requires turning on subtitles through the menu set-up instead of with the remote. For instance, I rented a DVD that had both theater and unrated versions. After picking the version, it takes you to the main menu where you start the movie from there. That's when I couldn't turn on the subtitles with my remote during the movie. I had to do it through the menu set-up.

Just realizing that I won't be watching any macho movies without a male to rent them.. wow... so I am stuck with animated movies for the time being (my son adores them), time for "UP" soon!!

I saw Slumdog Millionaire for the first time tonight. Honestly, I do not understand what the big deal about this movie was. It had nice cinematography and the music was good (lots of bass heavy stuff), but the story was just totally cliche and trite, and character development was nonexistent. I can't believe it won best picture. Give me a break.

UP UP UP! It was funny movie. I bought it that had blu-ray and dvd in a one case from Target.

I just watch one of Peter Seller movie that I never heard of and I love it!
The movie is called " Hoffman". I never seen him in a role like this before and he does a great job!

Hell yeah, I watched "Orphan" movie. It is perfect for me to watch in dark night... It is f--king awesome movie.

I like Final Destination. :)

We saw the new 3D Final Destination at the theaters. It's one where the plot is so bad who cares if there's no captioning but the 3D effects were great. Went to one of the best screens here in town. It has this awesome digital imx that no one around here can compare to, plus the leather seats, ottomans, beer and dinner served in the 'living room' theater that is over 21. Yep, being hit with all those visuals was great and you could relax while you watched.
