What is the experience like for a hard-of-hearing/Deaf individual when marrying someone without a hearing impairment, and what challenges may arise in such a relationship? Is it advisable to choose a partner with a similar level of disability? Any advice would be appreciated.

(Note: I don't currently have a girlfriend! )

I think as long as the hearing individual knows sign language to communicate effectively with their deaf/hoh partner, then a healthy marriage is possible.
