Ahhh, but here's the problem. Probation violation is a misdemeanor in the state of California. Therefore, it would have been very difficult to keep her in jail.
 
I'll save her! I got Dana Plato out of jail once.........of course in retrospect maybe that didn't help her much...... :hmm:
