Is there anything that can help with my hearing loss disortion?

I know there are amps. to help with my hearing loss...though now I am at a severe hearing loss level, and those may not help forever. Still, I was wondering, is there anything in particular that can help with not only making sounds louder...but making them less messy sounding? Thanks so much for your help!
 
I think you are out of luck. I think you have a hearing loss in that area where speech is understood.
 
Sorry. But you may get a better answer from an ENT who could really check you out.
 
You can upgrade to the most powerful HA, the extra gains should be particularly useful in high frequencies.
 
Talk to your ENT or Audiologist. They can provide more insightful advice.

Perhaps your hearing aids may need to be reprogrammed.

I have received hearing aids in the past that made sounds distorted. I went back and had them adjusted.
