Normally people get a stronger strength when they are first activated because of the swelling...now the swelling has gone down, the magnet strength will go down as well.

It isn't exactly sore..but I do feel the magnet like it's 'grabbing' my skin and it bothers me slightly and I ignore it..and yep, it's warm to the touch..when you have a right strength magnet actually is cooler? when you have the magnet you don't feel it ?at all ? or just feel it a little bit ? Current magnet is a 4 strength , will try my 2 strength that I have somewhere..
