If your next audiologist was different to who you have now....

would you want him or her to be newly qualified, newly qualified and wear hearing aids, vastly experienced or vastly experienced and wear hearing aids, and why? Would you want them to be a different sex, and if so, why?
 
All I would change would be moving him closer! I don't want anyone else MAPing my daughter (well, anyone in Utah) but it stinks that he is two hours away.
 
I'm British and use the NHS. I don't think I've seen the same audiologist twice and I've worn HAs for 38 years!!!!
 
Ditto as djchur however since I had the implant I see same audi and wouldn't swap her for the world.

Yesterday I went to the HA clinic for the first time since before I was refered for the implant nearly 2 and half years ago! Got new HA from different audi who I have not met previously.
