I saw that at another website, pretty scary, and I'd freak out.
 
id be vomiting out at the beach...it would have made me sick with shock and fear...from that 'would have been' OR...I would be so elated...that I LIVED...what im saying it depends on my 'mood' yes i have mood for 'reactions to scares' one time i will be bawk bawk, other times im like fcuk it i lived... seriously...so im kinda dangerous like that...like if i doub you on back of my motorbike, think twice !! LOL

Most people used dash camera to prevent accident fraud. Russia are famous for faking "accident" that they can get money from insurance and it also harm to vehicle owner (increasing insurance fee, etc...). So, it seems to spread most countries including USA.
