iCom and landline phone

I use my Phonak iCom with my cell phone and my iPod - it's great.

Now, I'm getting a new office with a landline telephone, and I'd like to use the iCom with my office phone. Phonak had a link to the Jabra A7010 bluetooth Hub - but it is discontinued. There is a Plantronics Voyager 500A hub - it is also discontinued and many users reported "dropped calls" with the iCom and 500A combination.

Is there a current, working solution? I can't be alone in needing this device.
 
I would contact phonak and ask..they usually are pretty helpful whenit comes to asking q's ..I have the icom but don't use it wtf landline only cell and iPod and stethoscope
