If I had my choice, I would be running to Buffalo in NY for Mighty Taco, but I'm in NC now, so it too far away! So Taco Bell is the next best thing... I think

I always keep a box of Taco shells...and when I'm in the mood for one (late at night)...just fix my own....or make a Taco salad!...Crumble up the hard tacos (2 or 3 or 4), add cheese, tomatoes, lettuce,.....shucks! Just throw everything in there along with some salsa and hot sauce!
