Hello all. I introduced myself yesterday. I am deaf in 1 ear & can hear in the other. Today I had my first lesson with a deaf friend. I learned, & am practicing every second, the alphabet so i can fingerspell. I also learned #s 1-20 and simple words

I just want to learn more & more. I am so excited. We agreed to meet on sundays & soon it will be Silent Sundays when i learn enough to get by.
I use gmail & have a webcam. Anyone else use Gmail & have a webcam so we can utilize Google Hangout and i can practice & learn.
I am so excited & love learning this newfound passion of mine.
