i ask you, what food make you good mood delete depression?

Whole Walnuts-

Banana with almond butter & raw honey and a sprinkle of Chia Seeds-

Apple slices with caramel dip topped with chopped walnuts & Chia Seeds-

Ice Water with any combination of sliced: Orange, Cucumber, Lemon, Strawberries, etc-

Oh, and most important for me is at least 10 minutes of sunshine everyday!
 
Sunshine is a good one. I have battled depression off and on over the past 15 years. I am finding that my spending time outside daily is really helping on that more and more.

I drink 64 ounces of water daily, spend a minimum of 1 hour out in my carport or yard, and eat as healthy as my budget allows.
