Hurricane Erika has already killed people in the Caribbean. The fist step in preparation is to register for emergency alerts (reverse 911)to your cell from local responders. Get alerts and updates for your specific location via voice, text to email in most communities. Register every cell and register for all locations of concern. If you have elderly parents in the area register for their home even if you live across the country. Go to the local county web sites to find registration links or use www.safetyinformed.org All the services are free. Know when its time to go.

We've already been deluded with rain and more rain...supposed to rain most all w/end and into next week....
