HTML BB Code/GIF

I was trying to copy and paste into signature and not show anything because they disabled my HTML BB Code and GIF. Why can't I upload or show HTML BB Code and GIF?
 
I see your PSN ChristerX signature image.

I know I mean playstation link ID I copy html then it appears like this

I thought it shoulds show picture instead.

P.S As you are regular member you are only allowed one signature, while VIP members are allowed two signature.

oh now I get it I am regular member of AD and only one signature. I will change my signature but what about GIF? I am not allowed upload GIF animation, why?
