I currently record and play"untuned rock"my fender never keeps tune and me being hoh cant tune it,how u guys keep them tuned?

You can get a tuner that visually shows you if you're flat, sharp, or in tune. Here's an example of one just under $15. You just plug the guitar straight into the tuner: Buy Korg CA-40 Electronic Chromatic Tuner | Tuners | Musician's Friend

If you have more money to blow and want to get a digital multi-effects processor, they can also tune your guitar visually. Here's the one I'm using right now and it's great: Buy DigiTech RP355 Guitar Multi-Effects Pedal | Floor Guitar Effects | Musician's Friend

As for keeping your guitar in tune, I've read you can put pencil graphite in the nut to keep it in tune. I've never tried it, but here's a video I found of a guy doing it (sorry for the annoying music).
You could also upgrade your tuning machine heads to locking tuners, like these perhaps: Buy Fender Schaller Locking Tuners | Tuning Machine Heads | Musician's Friend

Best of luck to you.
