How to place VCO calls from a Blackberry?

I have a new Blackberry Curve and I downloaded a siprelay to my phone. I am a Voice Carry Over user. I can't get the VCO to work. What did I do wrong?

You can't make VCO calls with siprelay on your blackberry, but you can make VCO calls if you use the siprelay on a computer web browser.
